SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR) is the SAP platform to manage technical data of products by using the integration of Authoring, Mechanical CAD, Electrical CAD, other design applications.

Check-in / Check-out, versioning management, release process, and neutral file generation, material creation, and update are all functions available on SAP ECTR.
